Checkout was fast, fast enough that I was almost done before I realized some extra fees had shown up. Not a huge deal, but I wish they were clearer earlier.

"Support Made Everything So Easy"
I had a small issue with my tickets and reached out to support, feeling a little stressed about it. They got back to me really quickly and sorted everything out without making it feel like a hassle. I was genuinely relieved and so grateful for how easy they made the whole thing.

"Tickets showed up way too late"
Bought my tickets through Gametime and the mobile delivery was a headache. The app kept showing “transfer pending” for hours with nothing actually coming through. I was already on my way to the venue wondering if I was even getting in, which is not the kind of stress you want before an event. Support wasn’t much help either, just kept telling me to wait. The tickets finally showed up right before start time, but by then the whole experience was soured. I’m not planning to use it again.

I got my tickets without any real hassle, so that was nice. it was a smooth experience overall. Nothing major went wrong, though for some reason I kept expecting something to mess up. But yeah, the tickets arrived fine and I’d probably use it again...

"Pretty handy for last-minute plans"
I’ve been using Gametime mostly when I’m trying to figure out plans at the last minute, usually while I’m already on the couch deciding whether I actually feel like going out. It’s nice having sports, concerts, and random shows all in one place, and the inventory is usually solid. Some games had a ton of seat options, which made it easy to compare prices and views. For smaller events, though, the choices were a little more limited than I expected. Still, it’s simple to browse and see what’s available without much hassle. Not perfect, but definitely useful overall

"Good overall, but the fees add up"
I’ve used the site a few times now, and overall it’s been solid. The layout is easy enough to figure out, and I haven’t had any major issues. The one thing I keep noticing, though, is the fees, they seem to add up every time in a way that makes me pause. If those were a bit lower, I’d probably use it more often.

"Worked fine, fees were a bit much"
I was a little nervous buying from Gametime because it was super last minute, but everything ended up being fine. The tickets scanned right from my phone at the gate with zero issues and we got in without any hassle. HUGE relief. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that the fees felt kind of high, but the tickets were legit and the whole process was easy.

I had a small issue come up while I was trying to get things sorted, literally right before I was about to make coffee and move on with my day. I reached out to support, and they handled it really fast. I didn’t have to go back and forth a bunch, which was nice. Overall, smooth experience

"Not a great first impression"
My first impression wasn’t great. I opened the app expecting to quickly find my tickets, but they were harder to locate than they should’ve been, and the app just kept loading forever. It made the whole experience feel frustrating right away.

The login alerts have been working really well for me. It’s just a simple thing, but it makes me feel a lot safer using my account. People deserve to know when something unusual is happening with their own info, so I really appreciate having that extra heads-up.

I went in kind of expecting to find at least a few options, but i barely found any. Maybe I came at the wrong time, or maybe the selection just wasn’t great that day, hard to say. I kept looking around thinking maybe I’d missed a section or something, but nope, not much there. A little disappointing.

"Saved a little on last-minute seats"
I found seats that were maybe a bit cheaper than what I was seeing on a few other sites, which was nice. The fees were still kind of annoying, but I guess that’s pretty much expected. Overall, it felt worth it, and I’d probably use it again for a last-minute game.

"Easy way to grab concert seats"
I used Gametime to buy tickets for a concert, and it was simple. Being able to see the seat view before buying made the choice a lot easier, so I felt better about what I was getting. A few sections didn’t have many options, but I still found decent seats. Checkout was fast, which made the whole thing less stressful. It wasn’t perfect, but I’d use it again...

"Felt good about buying tickets"
I think I bought the tickets a couple days before the event, or maybe it was the day before, the timing is a little fuzzy. Either way, the whole thing felt easy to trust and nothing weird came up. The tickets worked fine when we got there, so I’d definitely use Gametime again.
